The Ledger
Where every brand you've gathered, written to and sent is tallied. Load a list to begin.
The post room is quiet. Summon a list of brands and I'll sort the ones worth writing to from the ones best left alone.
Today's warm-up allowance
A new sending owl must earn its wings slowly — a few letters at first, more each day. Rush it and the great postal houses stop trusting you.
Summon Leads
Drop in a list of TikTok Shop brands. If it already carries emails, I'll sort each one into its lane. If not, the enrichment engine on the server fetches them from each brand's own site.
Owl Post
Write it once; every letter is addressed to its own brand. Keep it short, specific and human — that's what earns replies.

Shown on send: “Not the right person? Reply ‘remove’ and you’ll hear from us no more.”
The Sending
Seal the batch and hand it to the owls. They go out paced across your warmed domains, never faster than the day's allowance.

How a sending goes
- Only the safe corporate lane is queued — flagged addresses never go.
- Letters are personalised per brand and stamped with your unsubscribe.
- They're spread across your warmed domains, within today's allowance.
- Replies and “remove” requests come back to one inbox and auto-clean the list.
Nothing is sent until the server piece is connected. This room is the controls.
Sending Owls
Your sending domains — kept well away from dobbyai.co.uk so their reputation can never touch Dobby's.
The rule of the owls
- Send cold outreach from separate, warmed domains — never dobbyscontact.com itself, never dobbyai.co.uk.
- Each owl starts small and ramps daily (the allowance on the Ledger).
- Keep the spam-complaint rate under 0.3% across all owls, or the postal houses bar the lot.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC set on every sending domain; one-click unsubscribe on every letter.
Add and monitor domains here once the server's live — this is where they'll roost.
